      As been promised by both my fellow cousin from Shah Alam, they has coming to Ipoh to join me climb Manong hill as weekend activities. Both my cousin Ameer Azim and Amzar are really excited to reach the top of  Manong Hill.

      We just woke up at 8.30 a.m  and ready to climb this Manong Hill. Manong Hill are the among favourite hill that hikers near Jelapang town want to climb almost every weekend.

   Even Azim look tired but you must respect him because he can wake up early in the morning and climb to the top. What a wonderful spirit!

  If you are not fit. It is recommend you to take rest, breath properly and roll back to climb..;p
